Your furry friends are family, and we’re excited to welcome them to Avalon Townhomes. As fellow pet lovers, we know that some in-home features are non-negotiable, which is why we’re happy to offer easy-to-clean hardwood flooring and ceiling fans that help create the perfect climate for your best friends.
We allow two pets* per household with no weight or floor restrictions.
*The following breed restrictions apply: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Stafford Shire, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Bogs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernards, and Wolf Dog Hybrids
